With stunning cover art from the incomparable Polish painter Mariusz Lewandowski, UNDER THE WITCHING CROSS is a clear statement of the band’s expanding musical and artistic aspirations. Don’t be fooled however, the content within is pure Satanic Speed Metal savagery that Bewitcher delivers with deadly force. What makes this the "Witcher"? Let the Witcher be the Witcher, which is, incidentally, doing fantastic on its own as it has been for many years now. I really don't understand. Why then alter it? Why not use a different name for this? So many questions. The casting is appalling. The dialogue is the same. Netflix doesn't realise that pairing these hot trash fast food shows with games like The Witcher just serves to hurt the franchise and achieves nothing for everyone involved, especially the performers. Michelle was great in the movie Everything, Everywhere, but how does she go from that to this? The reason there have been so many remakes of popular shows in recent years-many of which, like this one, are incredibly underwhelming and perplexing for all the fans of the original series-is because this is not the golden age of television; rather, it is the age of television in which "we have the rights to do whatever we like".

The album was engineered at The Captain’s Quarters studio in Ventura, CA by Night Demon axeman Armand John Anthony with mix/master duties once again falling to Joel Grind. Their combined efforts give the production a sound not yet heard on a Bewitcher record; ominous and layered without sacrificing any of the viciousness of its predecessor.Emily Jean "Emma" Stone was born on November 6, 1988 in Scottsdale, Arizona to Krista Jean Stone (née Yeager), a homemaker & Jeffrey Charles "Jeff" Stone, a contracting company founder and CEO. She is of Swedish, German & British Isles descent. Stone began acting as a child as a member of the Valley Youth Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona, where she made her stage debut in a production of Kenneth Grahame's "The Wind in the Willows". She appeared in many more productions through her early teens until, at the age of fifteen, she decided that she wanted to make acting her career. Bewitcher return with their third album, Cursed Be Thy Kingdom. It’s the band’s first release on Century Media. Meteal Burner starts with an old school 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 before more fast paced, devil summoning brilliance. Sign Of The Wolf closes out the album and has a feel of Ghost in it’s sinister vocals and chunky riffs. That said, there were some good action scenes in the first series and a fairly decent plot. If some of the actors had been directed more robustly so that they emphasised the right words in sentences, the dialogue would have been less mechanical and more snappy and witty. I was quite engaged by the first series, save for the now apparently obligatory film technique of jumping about in time.

There's a brief sword fight action scene in which DD defeats Clarke Kent and Max Deeds (why these studs weren't put to work in sex footage is more than an oversight), replete with a crummy moment of gore provided by the stateside Digital Playground FX and post-production crew. And lovely Sophia Knight (Danny's regular production aide) and Ella Dearest pop up in merely eye candy NonSex roles. As the album rolls through its duration, there is no let up. Valley Of The Ravens is arguably the high point of this brilliant album. Again, the vocal hooks and towering guitars are emphatic. ‘What a lovely day for an execution,’ growls Von Bewitcher…I couldn’t agree more! Versatility in the Bewitcher camp is once again on show because the solo has a bluesy feel atop the rolling bass before exploding with fury. BEWITCHER, in conspiracy with SHADOW KINGDOM RECORDS is pleased to announce the long-awaited follow-up to their self-titled debut album. The time has come to finally unveil the band’s sophomore effort, entitled UNDER THE WITCHING CROSS. Okay, so I believe Netflix believes that the programme will be successful merely by having a diverse cast and including mystical elements. Right? WRONG! Please, please, please, can we return to good story telling as the MAIN priority, regardless of where the cast is from.
