Even though he’s the epitome of tall, dark, and incredibly handsome, Remington Winslow has been a single bachelor for most of his life. It’s clichéd and basic—until you consider the fact that once upon a terrible time, he got left at the altar. OH! I almost forgot the fortune teller! I LOVED what Max Monroe did with her character in this book. Things truly came full circle with her involved. hey if feel-good stories about raising a child (that is biologically not yours) with your high-school sweetheart are your thing, then i recommend. max monroe have written such fabulous books, so i’m going to treat this book like Scoring the Billionaire and completely erase it from my memory. 🤪

the whole “remy delivers a baby in the elevator” i mean what in the actual mother of hell was that? as a reader, i am horrified. as a baby hater, i am concerned (should i not be?? because the germs in an elevator tf??). as an avid elevator user, i am scarred. f in chat to the person that had to clean that elevator afterwords. 🫠 As such, the pair never really struggles with arguments or disagreements. When strife does arise, both ladies know when to compromise. As such, they never really fight over the direction of their stories. They have been fortunate enough to be such a compatible pair of writers. Did I spend my Wednesday shirking all responsibilities and reading this book? You bet I did. And I have zero regrets. Because Max Monroe definitely saved the swooniest and the best of the brothers for the end. Though, to be fair, I love Flynn (from The Pact) the most still, but Remy is almost sharing that spot. This book made me laugh, sigh and just swoon a whole lot and that’s exactly what I love about Max Monroe’s books. You’re so rarely bored! It honestly feels like I’ve been waiting forever for this book. I’ve wanted Remy’s book right from the beginning and especially with the small crumbs we got regarding his past. I was not disappointed and had a blast reading this book and it definitely left me in a good mood. Through a weird twist of fate Remy finds Maria in heavy labour and trapped in an elevator in his building. This sets in motion a sequence of events that set about righting the universe and gives these two a redo.Remy and Maria reconnecting at the current times in their lives was really cool. I loved that initial seeing each other again for the first time moment and how everything thing progressed from there. There was a lot to work through from Maria’s pregnancy and motherhood to Remy’s avoidance of relationships. Through it all my favorite thing was how Remy and Maria took care of each other and eventually Izzy. Those Izzy moments were especially special to me and reminded me a bit of seeing my husband become a father. *Sigh* Needless to say, my current status is thorny . And no, I didn’t miss how close that word is to another one. What a good way to end the series!! The story is told in dual POVs and in past/present timeline. I liked being able to see inside both the h/H head as well as learn about BOTH of their pasts. It didn’t have the laugh out loud moments like I’m accustomed to from Max Monroe, but it was sweet, loving, had some humor, and heartache. And the best part about this series is that it’s so interconnected (but all standalones) & we get to see each brother in every book. As well as a mysterious fortune teller who just so happens to be very very good at what she does 😏 It's a bit sad that Maria and Remy kinda wasted over two decades by not being together. But at least they're using that second chance now - even though it might take them a while to believe in that happily ever after...

OMG……I really did love their story. I liked that it was a really unusual storyline. Both characters are so warm and fun and caring.

Unlike the first three books, this one isn’t as passionate and wild. It’s more about the emotional connection between Maria and Remy and honestly that’s what I’m here for. I loved how they gradually built trust and how their past connected to their future and how every minute they are together everything makes sense. The forced closeness provided a healthy dose of intense feelings that later turned into sexual tension, but seriously, the emotional connection and chemistry had me hooked and I never wanted to let go. Remy had intrigued me the most out of all the Winslow brothers. In previous books he seemed a bit broody, but loving, compassionate, and protective of his family. In this book we see his compassion, protectiveness, sexiness, and wit. I loved how he would just show up and help Maria, knowing she’d be too independent to ask for help. You know he’d be a great dad from the way he was with Lexi, so I really enjoyed seeing his soft side whenever he took care of Izzy. I really tried to get into this one, but it fell flat. I almost closed it up once it’s revealed (still within the sample, and at about 5-10%) that our heroine is pregnant. I cannot stand stories where the h is pregnant with someone else’s baby, and I almost called it quits right there. This fact is not mentioned in the blurb, and if it was, I never would’ve started this book. There were so many things I loved about this book and I really want to be careful not to give too much away. But just know that Remington Winslow is the most generous man in the family. The way he steps up for Maria every single time, how he’s always there no matter what. How he seeks her out even when she’s trying to do things on her own. I loved that even though Maria wants to do things on her own and probably can, Remy still gives her the opportunity to not do it all. He never belittles her need to have control over every minute of her life, he just encourages her to take it a little easier. And Maria, what a strong character. She’s been through so much and lost even more, but she’s still got her head held high and she’s powering through. Maria’s job has always come first and her struggle to find the balance between her old life and the new one really shakes her up. But she does it and I admired her for it. On the other hand, you have a handsome, adrenaline junkie of a billionaire who always gets what he wants.

The laugh factor is so off-the-charts, we do NOT recommend reading this book in public or next to a light-sleeping spouse or child. The Redo was the perfect way to end an amazing series. Maria and Remy’s story brought all the feels as well as the hotness. I absolutely love the Winslow clan and all their shenanigans. And that extended epilogue was *chef’s kiss* and I honestly could’ve read 15 more chapters. Max Monroe, tip of the hat to you and thank you for giving us these fantastic characters. If you are one of those rabid fans of the Billionaire Bad Boys series, you might be surprised to learn that Max Monroe isn’t a person but, rather, a pen name for two authors. These ladies have built their career out of the mystery surrounding their identities. i expected more banter between the winslows, i got a sob story in return. i thought there’d be some serious grovelling, it was the slowest of burns. i didnt expect remy and cleo to be bffs, but they are and that’s so funny to me.

What was so great about Remy? He’s got confidence, drive, has a great relationship with his family, dotes on his niece, and wants to take care of those he loves when he can. His only little flaw is that he doesn’t do relationships. (We all know why!) That’s about to change when he reconnects with his high school sweetheart Maria. The continuous banter with the Winslow siblings is always entertaining. I really hope this isn’t the end of this family. I’m going to be sad if it is. All the babies need to grow up so they have stories. It can be the Winslow Next Generation. 😊 Put a finger down if you’re a Max Monroe reader who has been waiting for Remy Winslow to get his own book since you read his younger sister Winnie’s book Scoring the Billionaire. And I'm just trying to survive a tangled web of unexpected motherhood and running one of the top real estate firms in the city that never sleeps. You see, he was left at the alter all those years ago. And is now anti-commitment. He's pretty broody about it. But when he gets trapped in an elevator with his ol' high school sweetheart, a connection is rekindled, and tunes seem to be changing. Even if Maria happens to be 8 months pregnant...

The first book in the billionaire bad boys novels tends to divide audiences. Kline doesn’t make the best hero. Physically, he seems to fit the bill. But the idea of a humble billionaire who lives in a one bedroom apartment and pursues a normal life makes little sense to readers of the romance genre. Max Monroe is an author of romance novels. He likes to write about successful playboys that eventually get entangled in the lives of the women they are incapable of taming, this leading to a blissful romance down the line. No information has been discovered to prove or disprove these rumors. In fact, there is nothing at the moment to suggest that Max Monroe is a pair of ladies. At the moment, people only know what Max Monroe has decided to reveal to them, which isn’t much. And whether or not it is true that Max Monroe is a pair of best-selling authors, no one can deny the fact that the ploy, if it is indeed a ploy, is working. The idea gets people talking and theorizing as to which two renowned bestselling authors could be behind the Max Monroe name.

Max Monroe basically wrote this book for me with all the tropes and swoons. I’m a big fan of lovers friends so obviously that was my thing. And then add in one of my all-time favorite tropes, second chances, and I’m basically like putty on his hands. I read and loved all of the Winslow brothers when their books came out and was always very curious about Remy because he missed Cleo and her fortune telling all those years ago. And I felt so bad, I wanted to protect him. Unlike the first three books, this one isn’t as steamy and wild. It’s more about the emotional connection between Maria and Remy and honestly, I’m here for it. I loved how they slowly built trust and how their pasts tied in with their future and how every minute they’re together, it all just makes sense. The forced proximity offered a healthy dose of intense feelings which later turned into some sexual tension, but seriously, the emotional connection and chemistry had me in its grip and I never wanted it to let go. Maria only had her mother and younger sister but now it is just her until a blast from the past just happens to be on her same elevator. Remy is the oldest of the Winslow siblings and the most guarded when it comes to his heart. After being left at the alter he’s sworn off relationships and is content with his decision. He spends most of his time working and also spending time with his family. With everything that Remy’s gone through he deserves to find happiness and have someone be on the receiving end of his love and care because he has a lot to give even if he doesn’t think so. I'm constantly frustrated with the main characters who hem & haw over every decision and interaction, ultimately choosing non-action and avoidance at every turn... They both could have gotten their HEA's years ago if they would just freaking communicate. Be honest about their feelings. Take action.
