Granted, some characters are more likable than others, but that bar is so low that you do not care too much at the end. There was almost some loli stuff, but I think due to how readers responded, the author diverted that stuff. I came across Dokumushi and thought it had a pretty good concept, so I decided to read it and thank god this shit isn’t so long because I didn’t waste too much time. At first the premise seems like something that I would enjoy especially when it was recommended by a popular youtuber. By the way, I have no idea how many chapters are in the six volumes, so I just wrote 24, assuming each volume has four chapters.

Since then, every year, one summer night has marked a ritual: a ritual never to forget, and never to betray.On the other hand, as for the story, probably the author thought he had a big galaxy brain moment by comparing the sins of the characters to poison running through their veins and influencing their behavior. Ore Igai Dare mo Saishu Dekinai Sozai na no ni "Sozai Saishuritsu ga Hikui" to Pawahara suru Osananajimi Renkinjutsushi to Zetsuen shita Senzoku Madoushi, Henkyou no Machi de Slow Life wo Okuritai. They don’t know why they’re there, or who put them there as they all seem to have nothing in common. one survivor can emerge from the challenges they face, adding to the thrilling intensity of the plot.

The only part of the story that caught me off guard was the plot twist at the end, which was actually pretty clever As it turns out the timer was completely pointless. His father suddenly commits suicide, his mother joins a cult and bankrupts the family, then his beloved sister is given a year to live. I realized that I start skimming through the pages, just from drawings alone I can tell that its a basic backstory for that character trope. However, it goes way to quick, the characters break down way to quick for what the title references, people die way to quick.Personally I enjoyed the art style, the more harmless character designs of some of the characters played in well with the disturbing factor of the blood carnage that soon follows. It's just problem -> solution -> problem -> solution rinse and repeat until you reach Chapter 50 with a resolution.

Overall it made me feel sick on some parts, which is more than you could say for many other works, that's why I gave it a 4 and not a 1 or 2, but I wouldn't read it again nor would recommend it to anyone. I have to say having backstories for all of them was a nice touch, and made their behavior more understandable (except for the main character, fuck that guy).A diverse group of individuals awaken together in a secluded abandoned school facility, lacking resources such as food, with only a running water source and a seven-day countdown timer.
