Note: Cleaning will completely remove any protection of a previous preservative, oil, treatment, stain or paint. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. Its formula is laden with UV filters that act as an armour against the harmful effects of sunlight, preventing fading and keeping your deck looking fresh and vibrant, come rain or shine.Keep your decking clear of debris to prolong the finish and frequently clean any build up grime and mould. Apply with a natural bristled brush by hand using Marshall Premium Exterior Wood Care Brush 120mm or the Osmo Floor Brush 220mm if you wish to use a broom handle. This allows the grain in the wood to open and breathe and aids penetration and adhesion of the finish. By highlighting the timber's grain and texture, it infuses your deck with an understated elegance that harmonises with any outdoor setting.

for new hardwoods, it is recommended to leave the wood exposed for up to 12 months before applying any finish. A wet surface will be an approximate indication of the final colour, although the final colour may be darker depending on the timber . Available in a generous 5-litre size, this Liberon Decking Oil is perfect for large areas and multiple applications.Liberon decking oil is uniquely transparent, rendering a clear finish that respects and enhances the wood's natural aesthetics. Wipe off any oil that has not been absorbed into the timber with a lint-free cotton cloth and allow to dry for 24 to 48 hours before using the decking. Prior to applying Anti-Slip Coating the decking should be cleaned thoroughly with Tough Deck Clean and Revive and left to dry for 24 hours before applying Anti-Slip Coating. Allow to penetrate for 15 to 30 minutes then apply the second coat without waiting for the first to dry.
