All selected published abstracts were read and rated independently by three of the five members of the project literature review working group, thereby ensuring inter-rater reliability through consensus and minimization of bias [ 6]. The habits I found particularly helpful and feel I need to develop most in my role were the need to Be Strategic, Be Collaborative and Be Reflective. I very much identified with the barriers to good reflective practice mentioned: time, other people, ourselves and no better way.
