The base rum is blend of distillates from Guyana and Trinidad which was flavoured with vanilla, raisin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and a touch of salt. At the end of the day, I can’t criticise Hawksbill too much, because there isn’t a great deal wrong with it, but, if you’re after a spiced rum that is also sweet, then in my opinion Arlu and Bullion Spiced Rum are two better options.
