It's like a deep rich fruity floral caramel, but it doesn't smell like caramel. Just the feel of it. Luscious vibes. one thing i am curious about though is that the estée lauder one only smelled good in summer, so i am wondering if this only smells this good in winter. it’s almost as if they are the winter and summer versions of the same fragrance, i wish modern muse le rouge still existed.

this channels “Jessica Rabbit” vibes to me. It’s sexy, sharp, & inviting. Passione Intense smells like a classic tease lol. Doesn’t smell cheap; doesn’t smell too grown.

I have a strong love of the Armani Si line. I own five of the flankers, and a travel size of the original Armani Si, which is where my obsession began. Sillage is strong and it is long-lasting on my skin, but many people say it's not. Perhaps it's because I am very sensitive to green and fresh fragrances.

The drydown is a softer almost powdery rose, still with a slight dash of hawaiian punch powder. It's nice, gentle, sweet, fresh. Unfortunately, after an hour this scent seems to rapidly be disappearing from my skin without a trace. This is a beautiful, light, work appropriate fragrance. The projection is very soft. In fact, when I first sprayed it on a card, I only smelled alcohol followed by a light musk. I could hardly smell anything really. So at first I was super disappointed in this blind buy. Initially tested Si EDT at a department store, and absolutely fall in love with it. Especially, the lingering woody, vanilla scent just made me go crazy over this perfume. As Sì is the Italian word for yes, passione is the italian word for passion, and red is an emotionally intense colour of desire and love - this perfume makes a perfect Valentine's Day gift for her. On first spray it is the syrupy sweetest of berries that stirs you. This Smells clean I am very fresh out of the shower/shampoo types scent. This is “ clean woman that goes to bed happy” scent.

Yes... it is still sweeter than EDT BUT became woodier, more aromatic than when I just received it. So I guess it just needed some time to cool down from being shaken up during the delivery. The patchouli is so nice here, its clean and to me this fragrance is more of a fruitchouli than a cypre fruity but yes can be both. I would never have gone for this type of scent in my 20s, but nowadays, I want more stand-out, statement-making perfumes, which Armani Si series is perfectly fitted for. It is a mature, sophisticated perfume. It is a nice fragrance, but a bit too smoky and woody for me, especially since I've gravitated towards honeyed gourmands and sweet roses/sugary syrups. The rose in Intense is nice, musky, similar to Narciso Rodriguez for Her (but it doesn't smell the same, of course). I find this to be best suited for evenings, it could be too heavy and 'oudy' for daytime. I think this frag is saved by its heart and dry down. After its overtly sweet opening (first 30min), it develops into a slightly woody, slightly musky, berry chantilly smell. It’s still sweet, but it’s lighter and blended with some florals. It also has a small little nip in there which keeps it from being annoyingly sweet and feminine; it reminds me of cinnamon, that sort of spiciness.
