There is excellent storage provision throughout the layout of this lovely family home, which includes a large, floored loft space with standing height, which could be further developed into living space. This property is in an idyllic location with easy access to local amenities, train station and direct motorway links to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Finally, he was a good guy. My wife and I had a good feeling about him from the initial meeting and he was really engaging throughout. Barry has done a fantastic job. Explained everything really clearly, talked me through the entire process and helped with all council application stuff. Really has went above and beyond. A true professional to his trade. I would recommend Barry to anyone needing any architectural work done.
