I have experience using the Joie 360 and I have found both models to be very similar. I would perhaps say that the Silver Cross Model offers a slight edge in terms of comfort. My daughter seems to be sitting in a better position and as the product / Isofix isn't as chunky she has more room to stretch out our legs. It has a “Grow with Me” infant and body support that can be adjusted to fit your growing child and this seat will last from birth up to the age of four or 18kg. It secures via Isofix and the base is included in the price. It goes without saying that all car seats should be fitted in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and guidance. This includes making sure you don’t use a seat for longer than you should. It may say it’s suitable up to the age of four, but all car seats are based on weight so if you have a chunky toddler, they may outgrow their seat long before this upper limit.

Existing booster seats will still be valid in your car, so don’t worry about rushing out to buy brand-new seats.You're right that there is no specific crash test on the Silver Cross, the info about seats that do all stages not being very good for performance is based on looking at all the results for every all-stages (or multi-stage including RF, FF and booster) seat that has ever been tested by ADAC. I compiled them a while ago and none of them gets higher than 3/5 stars, which is a pretty poor result - most of them get 2/5 stars (which is terrible) and three get only 1/5 stars and a "don't buy" recommendation. They tend to get in the region of 3.5-4.5 numerically which is not good. It's a scale from 0.5-5.5, and the lower the number the better. Joie i-Spin 360 has a 1.7 (4/5 stars) for safety, and the i-Spin Safe (which is likely to be comparable to using the i-Spin purely in rear facing mode) is 1.2 (5/5 stars) for safety which is very very good and one of the highest scores you can get.
