If you’re looking for something stylish, compact, and easy to use, it’s hard to go wrong with the Roberts Blutune T2 DAB radio with Bluetooth. This device comes with all the connectivity you need to listen to content in various formats. The CD input is designed to be as seamless and hidden as possible. All you need to do is push the CD into a slot rather than using a tray, which helps to make the appearance a little more compact. I particularly liked the clear digital display and the included remote control, so you can manage your listening experience without getting off the sofa. Roberts Blutune 200 review: Features In terms of its audio output, the Blutune goes a little louder than we expected, given its compactness, but it does sound a little harsh and grating in its default sound mode preset. That can be improved with some of the Equaliser modes, however, although you’ll never be able to get a sense of true stereo – again it’s a size thing. Prices valid in stores (all including VAT) until close of business on 29th November 2023. (Some of these web prices are cheaper than in-store, so please mention that you've seen these offers online.)

Like most items available from Roberts today, the Blutune 5 probably isn’t your go-to choice if you’re looking for a simple and cheap Bluetooth radio that gets the job done. Bluetooth stream your music or listen to the radio or a CD, while wirelessly charging your smartphone, with the brilliantly practical Roberts Blutune 300. Free the music on your smartphone or tablet, with Bluetooth audio streaming. Simply pair with your smartphone or tablet and stream your stored music or music from the many streaming music services available, such as Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer. Bluetooth streaming gives you access to a near unlimited supply of music. What’s more, it’s worth noting that the sound quality was particularly sharp when we were tuning into podcasts. If you love listening to spoken content online or offline, then you will adore the quality of the Blutune T2. Roberts Blutune T2 review: VerdictThe space at the top of the Blutune T2 is shiny silver, giving it a delightful modern appearance, while the side panelling has been done in soft oak wood, giving you that all-important vintage appeal. This compact device from Roberts isn’t the biggest or most powerful DAB radio in the world – but that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t offer plenty of value. Like the other Roberts radio, the Blutiune T2 was made to be highly user-friendly. However, it might be challenging to know where to start, especially if it’s your first time using the radio The bass level is quite high on the default setting, and the treble is a little edgy, but you can adjust the Blutune 200’s performance with the graphic equaliser. Additionally, the system remembers your EQ settings the next time you switch the device on – which is a handy feature.

It's a beautiful looking piece of kit in my (amateur!) judgement. It feels solid and well put together. Far too early to judge how long it will last in practice. It only arrived today! However, so did the review invitation, so here goes. Roberts gives you the option to either wake up to the sound of a standard buzzer, or a pre-set radio station. There’s also a snooze button for when you need “five more minutes.” What’s more, like with most Roberts devices, you’ll find that the DAB connection is particularly strong. One downside is that the sound system’s stereo speakers are fairly small, and don’t offer too much volume. Apart from that, there isn’t much to complain about with the Roberts Blutune100. Similar radios In terms of sound quality, you can expect exceptional clarity and clear tones from the Blutune 5. Like most of the Bluetooth radios that you’ll find in the Roberts Radio portfolio, this stylish number doesn’t compromise on sound. One thing I did notice when conducting my Roberts Radio Blutune 200 review was how simple it was to get started with this excellent product. The radio feels sturdy and intuitive from the moment that you get it out of the box. As soon as you plug the system in, it automatically finds all the DAB and FM radio stations available in your area.

What’s more, the Blutune T2 also features a nifty leather carry handle, making it even easier to transport. It’s not as small as the Roberts Sports, but it’s also intended for more than just one person to use at a time. What’s more, for those who need even more options, there’s the opportunity to stream music directly from your smartphone via Bluetooth. While it’s certainly not the cheapest radio/CD player, the Roberts Blutune100 Sound System offers value for money given its quality and durability. This sound system sounds amazing, so if you want to enjoy your music in all its depth and detail, the Blutune100 is a good choice.

With plenty of ways to stream the music or podcasts that suit you, we’re sure you’ll find something you love to listen to with the Roberts Blutune T2.

Once you have your Roberts Blutune 200 set up, you’ll find that the speakers offer an excellent quality of audio. The experience isn’t quite as robust as you might get from an alternative Roberts model, like the Revival RD70, but it’s still more than acceptable. At first, setting your Bluetooth up can be a bit fiddly. It’ll be worth it as you’ll also be able to enjoy high sound quality whether you’re streaming or playing music through your radio connection. Roberts ensures you have enough depth and volume in your sound to keep the party going.
